- American Medical Security: John Malesovas was appointed as class counsel for a class of 229 insurance agents who alleged that they had not been paid certain commissions.
- Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (Doctors' Class): John Malesovas was appointed class counsel after a contested certification hearing on behalf of a class of doctors and other healthcare providers who alleged fraud and breach of contract in connection with their preferred provider contracts.
- Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Texas (Policyholders' Class): John Malesovas was appointed class counsel on behalf of a class of policyholders alleging fraud and breach of contract in connection with individual health insurance policies.
- Cardservice International: John Malesovas was appointed as class counsel for a class of over 1,100 Texans who alleged that defendants had fraudulently induced them into a sham credit card terminal processing lease.
- Gateway: John Malesovas was appointed as class counsel for this nationwide class of approximately 90,000 consumers who allegedly purchased defective laptop computers from Gateway.
- Harris Methodist Health Plan, Inc. (Doctors' Class): John Malesovas served as co-counsel for a class of doctors and other healthcare providers who alleged that their preferred provider contracts with this HMO violated state law.
- Harris Methodist Health Plan, Inc. (Policyholders' Class): John Malesovas was appointed as co-class counsel to a class of members in an HMO who alleged fraud and deceptive trade practices against this HMO for failing to disclose the improper incentives in the preferred provider contracts with its doctors.
- Hewlett-Packard: John Malesovas was appointed as class counsel for this nationwide class of approximately 400,000 consumers who allegedly purchased defective laptop computers from Hewlitt-Packard.
